India School Summer 2025 classes will have a virtual option; You can register HERE or by going to the registration tab at the top of the page and scroll to online registration. Summer Classes begin June 15, 2025.
**Weekly Curriculum:**
* **Week 1 (June 15): Hindi Language Fundamentals:** Introduction to Hindi consonants and vowels, basic word formation, and simple sentence construction. For older students, reading of text according to level.
* **Week 2 (June 22): Indian Art:** Exploration of various Indian art forms, including painting styles, sculpture, and traditional crafts. Hands-on activities will be included.
* **Week 3 & 4 (June 29, July 13): Conversation Skills:** Development of conversational Hindi through interactive exercises, role-playing, and group discussions. Focus will be on building fluency and confidence in speaking.
* **Week 5 & 6 (July20, 27): Indian Drama:** Introduction to Indian theatre and dramatic techniques. Activities will include short script readings, improvisation exercises, and basic acting techniques.
**Note:** July 6th, 2025 will be a holiday for Independence Day.
If you are interested in any other online classes, the school can arrange online classes in vocal music classes, this includes Classical and Bollywood styles. Bollywood dance, Tabla, Hindi and Urdu given sufficient demand.
